- All merchandise sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued.
- No returns or exchanges on Books, CD's , Photos or T-shirts.

- We are not able to accommodate exchanges on t-shirts at this time for shirts that do not fit.
- If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect you may return the item for an exchange of the same item. Email email@example.com BEFORE sending an item back. Without email confirmation, your exchange will not qualify. If there is a price difference, you will be billed upon receipt of the merchandise for exchange.
- Defective items can only be replaced by the same item.
- Shipping and Handling fees can not be refunded unless we made an error.
- There is an additional handling fee required for all exchanges: $6 for U.S., $13 for Canada and $16 for all international orders.
- Any other issues, including lost orders, must be reported within 30 days from placing the order to insure quality service. We are NOT responsible for lost orders that are not reported within the 30 day time period.
